After The Highlander Open, The Bureau reformed to play [[ETF2L Highlander Season 7|ETF2L Season 7]] in Division 5B, where [[Chronos]] switched from demoman to medic. The team underperformed throughout the season and finished 5th.

Chronos decided to reform the team and used The Bureau in [[UGC Highlander Season 15|UGC Season 15]] to trial new players. As a result, the team lost only their first game of the season.

The team trialled players again in the Experimental Highlander One-Night-Cup #7, which lead to The Bureau picking up [[ixy]] as scout, [[dd5f]] as soldier, [[kuli]] as demo and [[Afirax]] as sniper.
