So the match will have to be stopped manually for halftime when either team reaches 3 rounds. After that the config should be restarted and the team that reaches the total of 5 rounds first wins. The whitelist is the same as ESEA s14 minus the quickfix and can be downloaded [http://whitelist.tf/comptf_newbie_cup here], altough you shouldn't need to mess with any of this if you use a server from Mawr since they all come with these as default.
