BlackOut TV is an organisation dedicated to covering competitive Team Fortress 2 action for many events. Although initially starting out covering 6v6 and Highlander gamemodes across Europe, over time they have moved to solely focusing on Highlander across the scene. They have many streams and event castings per week, ranging from ETF2L Premiership and UGC Platinum. BlackOut TV was co-created between Jonathan "Jon" Shaw and Russian Guyovich as a subsidiary of BlackOut Gaming before they ceased services in December 2014. At the time of writing, Jon is the sole manager of the organisation.
